Terms and Conditions for Nexo Socialis

Welcome to Nexo Socialis. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Nexo Socialis (“the Agency,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a social media management agency. By engaging our services or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Nexo Socialis provides professional social media management and brand identity development services. These include, but are not limited to:

• Content Strategy: Developing growth tactics and content plans.

• Graphic Design: Creating visual assets using industry-standard tools and specific brand guidelines, such as Monsterrat typography and Nexo green (#151B848) color palettes.

• Social Media Management: Executing posts and managing platform engagement.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the success of our campaigns, clients agree to:

• Provide necessary access to social media profiles and relevant API permissions.

• Supply brand assets, information, and timely feedback on design briefs and content drafts.

• Ensure all provided materials do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

3. Payment Terms

• Currency: All transactions are processed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and American USD ($).

• Integration: Payments are facilitated through our designated checkout pages, integrated via Paystack and Stripe (coming) respectively.

• Billing: Fees for services will be outlined in individual project proposals or service agreements. Access to premium features or ongoing management is subject to timely payment.

4. Intellectual Property

• Agency Deliverables: Upon full payment, the client is granted a license to use the final graphic designs and content created specifically for their brand.

• Agency Rights: Nexo Socialis retains the right to display created works (e.g., brand identity samples, social media posts) in our professional portfolio and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

Nexo Socialis strives for excellence in social media growth; however, we do not guarantee specific metrics such as “likes” or follower counts, as these are subject to third-party platform algorithms. We are not liable for technical issues arising from platform-side API errors or downtime of third-party tools like WordPress Multisite (WPMU) or Softaculous.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
